Terms of Service

BeeAvail helps families, teens, and neighbors share availability and coordinate simple services. By using BeeAvail, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

A teen aged 10 to 17 may use BeeAvail only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. A teen's card is not shared publicly until a parent or guardian has confirmed it by email, and that adult can review the card, change its settings, or remove it at any time. By approving a card, the parent or guardian confirms they consent to the teen's use of BeeAvail and to the information shown on the card.

You are responsible for the information you post - names, availability, rates, and messages. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful, and do not share personal information about others without their permission. This includes open requests and offers on the community board, and referrals or endorsements you write about another helper - what you say about someone must be accurate and fair.

Neighbors can post open requests to the community board, and helpers can offer to fill them. Posts and offers must be accurate and lawful, and we may close posts or remove offers that violate these Terms. Helpers 18 and older can opt in to the helper directory; listing means you agree to be searched by signed-in users, not that bookings are guaranteed, and you can hide your listing at any time. Helpers under 18 are never listed.

A booker can send one request to several helpers at once. The request is filled by the first helper to confirm, and the other helpers are notified that it was filled. Sending or receiving a group request does not guarantee a booking.

BeeAvail is a tool for coordinating with people you know or want to know. We are not a party to any booking or payment between users, and we do not employ, screen, or supervise anyone offering or requesting services on the platform. Use good judgment when arranging bookings, and please review our Safety Guidelines for advice on meeting new families, confirming rates, and supervising teen helpers.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse other users' information, or use BeeAvail for spam or unlawful activity. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

If you add and confirm a mobile number, you agree to receive booking, reminder and account text messages from BeeAvail at that number. Consent to texts is not a condition of using BeeAvail - you can choose email instead at any time. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

BeeAvail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for interactions between users and for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of BeeAvail after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
