1. Using BeeAvail
BeeAvail helps families, teens, and neighbors share availability and coordinate simple services. By using BeeAvail, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the information you post - names, availability, rates, and messages. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful, and do not share personal information about others without their permission.
4. Bookings between users
BeeAvail is a tool for coordinating with people you know or want to know. We are not a party to any booking or payment between users, and we do not employ, screen, or supervise anyone offering or requesting services on the platform. Use good judgment when arranging bookings.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse other users' information, or use BeeAvail for spam or unlawful activity. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
BeeAvail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for interactions between users and for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of BeeAvail after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
