Our Community Standards
- Be honest about who you are and what you offer.
- Treat every family, teen, and neighbor with respect.
- Only share personal information with people you trust.
- Do not use BeeAvail to harass, discriminate, or harm others.
For Parents
- Review every booking request before confirming.
- Meet or verify neighbors before your kid provides services.
- Talk with your kid about what feels comfortable and what does not.
- Keep your account credentials private and update your kid's card as needs change.
For Teens
- Only accept bookings you feel safe with. It is always okay to say no.
- Let a parent or trusted adult know where you are going and when.
- Do not share your home address or personal contact info publicly.
- If a situation feels wrong, leave and tell an adult right away.
For Neighbors
- Communicate clearly about the service, timing, and payment.
- Provide a safe environment for teens working in your home.
- Never ask a teen for personal information beyond what's needed to coordinate.
- Pay agreed rates on time.
How to Report a Concern
If something doesn't feel right - a booking, a message, or a user - please let us know. We review every report and take appropriate action.
