How It Works
BeeAvail helps families, teens, and neighbors coordinate simple services with less back-and-forth.
For Families
Parents setting up a card for a kid.
- 1. Create a family account
Sign up as a parent and add your kid. You stay in control of what is shared and who can book.
- 2. Build your kid's card
Add services they can offer - like babysitting, dog walking, or yard help - along with rates and availability.
- 3. Share the card with neighbors
Send the card link to trusted neighbors. Requests come to you first so you can approve every booking.
For Teens
Teens creating their own card.
- 1. Sign up as a teen
Create your own account and set up a card that shows what you offer and when you are free.
- 2. Set services and rates
Pick the services you want to offer and set your own rates within a healthy range.
- 3. Get booked
Neighbors send booking requests. Confirm the ones that work and add them to your calendar.
For Neighbors
Browsing and booking services.
- 1. Open a shared card
Use the link a family or teen sent you to see their services, rates, and open times.
- 2. Pick a time and send a request
Choose a date and time that works, add any details, and send the request.
- 3. Get confirmed
You'll receive a confirmation once the family or teen accepts. Reminders help everyone stay on the same page.
