1. 1. Create your parent account

   Sign up as a parent or guardian and add your kid - cards start at age 10. You supervise what their profile shows and contact details stay private.

2. 2. Build and share their card

   List the services they can offer - like child care, dog walking, or yard care - set rates and availability, then share the card link with trusted neighbors.

3. 3. Approve every request

   Booking requests and community open requests come to you first, so no job happens without your sign-off.

4. 4. Set preferences and track earnings

   Choose minimum notice and reminder settings, review open requests in the neighborhood, and keep track of what has been paid.

1. 1. Create your own card

   Sign up, list the services you offer, and set your availability. There is no upper age limit, and if you are under 18 a parent or guardian is looped in to confirm your card.

2. 2. Manage bookings your way

   Get alerts by text or email, confirm the dates that work, or suggest alternate times and rates instead of an outright decline.

3. 3. Find more local jobs

   Browse open requests in your neighborhood and raise your hand for nearby gigs.

4. 4. Directory access (18+)

   Helpers 18 and older can opt into the public helper directory so new neighbors can find them directly, and opt out any time.

5. 5. Refer jobs to friends

   Link trusted friends from Card settings, and when you have to decline a request you can suggest one of them - the family gets a link to their card, so the job stays with someone you vouch for.

   Open a card someone shared with you, search the helper directory by area, service, and date, or post an open request and let helpers raise their hand.

2. 2. Send quick requests

   Pick a date and time, add job details or house notes, and book as a guest or with a free account.

3. 3. Stay coordinated

   You get confirmation directly from the family or teen, with reminders by email or text so everyone stays on the same page.

4. 4. Save your go-to list

   Bookmark helpers you like, request them again, or ask several at once - the first to confirm gets the job.
